Former General Hospital star Vanessa Marcil (ex-Brenda Barrett) had soap fans on the edge of their seats when she recently teased that she had a major announcement to make in the weeks to come. Though many hoped the news would be that she is making a return to Port Charles, she just revealed that she and her beau, MC, are expecting their first child.
The 49-year-old Marcil, who has a fifteen-year-old son named Kassius with ex Brian Austin Greene (ex-David, 90210), took to Instagram with the exciting news, writing: "It's baby time. After 6 miscarriages we are saying prayers for OPM #MadHappy"
Time will tell whether or not the "big announcement" the actress teased back in October really is this baby news or if she still has something else up her sleeve. In addition to a possible GH return, its been rumored she could be joining a CBS Daytime show, especially because she co-hosted a few episode of The Talk last month.
