The upcoming Denzel Washington film Roman J. Israel, Esq. will be a treat for soap opera fans because daytime alums Kelly Sullivan (ex-Sage Warner, The Young and the Restless; ex-Kate Howard, General Hospital) and Shelley Hennig (ex-Stephanie Johnson, Days of our Lives) will both make appearances.
The legal thriller stars Academy Award-winning actor Washington as a lawyer who assumes control of a legal firm after the death of his partner -- at which he must contend with revelations about its less-than-savory practices. Colin Farrell also stars as George, while Hennig is listed as Olivia and Sullivan is listed as a Realtor.
